Use the password reset system to unlock or reset your Active Directory/Entra ID (Sharepoint/Office365) password. Requires an SMS phone number registered as one of your MFA methods.
Update your MFA methods used with your Active Directory/Entra ID (Sharepoint/Office365) account. This will take your security info page at Microsoft.
